Our goal for this project was to translate the core characteristics of fashion into architectural elements—specifically, the contrast between old and new, and the brand's ever-evolving, inherently temporary nature. We achieved this by treating the existing raw space—a mix of concrete, terracotta, and steel—as a permanent backdrop, placing the necessary functions as temporary islands within it. Our design aims to convey a dynamic space that evolves in response to the program's needs. The floor planes are flexible, able to bend, wrap, and ultimately form the required conference rooms and offices. We sought a layout that is uniform and balanced, with no visual hierarchy. Workspaces were arranged around a central core, leaving the perimeter walls intact and continuous.
