Our clients’ wish was clear from the beginning. The loft they purchased was an open space free of walls and their desire was to maintain its original flair as much as possible.
Through a single gesture, we introduced a central freestanding volume, which enclosed the main service areas, specifically kitchen, bathrooms and closets. The living room and bedrooms hinge around this central element, which by not touching the existing ceiling and perimeter walls, allow for a continuous visual perception and enhance the original concept of a loft.
